Program Curriculum

01. Developing an entrepreneurial mindset

Course Duration : 2 Hours

Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

Develop an entrepreneurial mindset: Cultivate a creative and innovative mindset that allows for identifying and seizing business opportunities. The course will provide real stories given by current startup representatives who now run some Series A-B companies. Their valuable insights, stories to failure and success will guide to to the right mindset.
Recognize and evaluate business opportunities: Skillfully identify potential business opportunities and assess their feasibility.
Differentiate between Blue Ocean vs. Red Ocean, and how real business in a variety of industry operate in the modern world.

02. an Idea into Reality

Course Duration : 2 Hours

Learning Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

Create a comprehensive business plan: Construct a detailed business plan that includes market analysis, financial projections, marketing strategies, and operational plans
Understand different business models and come up with an idea of a prototype/product/service.
Develop effective marketing strategies: Formulate marketing plans and strategies that align with the target market and effectively position the new venture in the competitive landscape.
Establish efficient operational procedures: Implement operational processes that optimize efficiency, productivity, and sustainability within the startup.

03. Launch Your Product

Course Duration : 2 Hours + 2 months Business Development

Course Objectives: Upon completion of this course, students will be able to:

Create a Pitch Deck.
Launch the product/prototype/service and participate in entrepreneurship competitions to test their idea.
Apply for startup incubator programs across different regions, if applicable
Apply for startup financing projects designed by startup incubator programs, if applicable.
